Coach Steve Colon reaches the century mark in victories as a coach. On November 14th 2009 Brandon Delprado won his 14th fight giving Coach Steve Colon his 100th victory. Since then there has been 8 more wins moving Coach Colon to 108 victories. Coach Steve Colon broke out onto the MMA fight scene with his team starting in November of 2005. It has been 4 years and now 108 victories later. He has traveled all over the Midwest with his team taking on challenges in 7 different states. Coach Steve Colon was inducted into the C3 Hall of Fame on May 9, 2009, he has lead his fighters to one Team Title in 2008 and 14 individual amateurs titles, 5 of them being ISCF Amateur World Titles and 9 of them coming from local MMA shows from all over. Before Coach Colon started his fight team he spent 8 years coaching Wrestling on the High School level and 13 years studying and competing in Martial Arts. It has been a great enjoyable journey for Steve Colon. He truly enjoys teaching his fighters and helping them reach their goals as MMA Fighters. Congratulations to Coach Steve Colon and his Team for reaching this milestone.

She is the first ever ISCF Womens Flyweight MMA World Champion. Tim Johnson brings home the Novice Flyweight Title. Brandon Dleprado brings home the Open Welterweight title and Jason Graves brings home the Open Light Heavyweight title. It was a great weekend for the team. Team Colon goes 5-1 on their way to being crowned the 2008 Fight Card Entertainment Team Champions. It was a great night of fights. Team Colon's Chris Geruska wins by second round TKO. Mike Welch won by a first round tap out due to strikes. Justin Halloran won by submission in the second round. Lance Surma won by forfeit. Brandon Delprado won by an arm bar in the first round. Fight Card Entertainment packed the house at the Gary Genesis Center. It was a good night for Team Colon with the team going 6-1 for the night. Audrey Pang won in the first round by a rear naked choke. Mike Welch won in the first round by a rear naked choke. Lance Surma lost a very tough battle by decision. Justin Halloran won by a split decision. Brandon Delprado won by a split decision. John Cantu won by a unanimous decision. And Lloyd Carter retained his FCE Bantamweight title winning by an arm bar. Congratulations to Team Colon's Brandon Delprado for winning the King of the Cage Welterweight tournament. Brandon went 2-0 winning both of his fights in one night. His first fight was won by a rear naked choke in the second round and his second fight was won by a unanimous decision. Brandon moves on to the next round in Michigan to fight for the King of the Cage welterweight title in November.
